Sparkler Filter Press
The Sparkler Filter Press is designed for precise filtration of pharmaceutical and chemical solutions. Its primary function is to separate impurities from liquid by passing it through a series of horizontal filter plates.
The unfiltered liquid enters the unit and is evenly distributed over the filter media on each plate. As pressure increases, impurities are retained on the surface of the filter media, while the filtered liquid (filtrate) passes through interlocking cups located at the center. The filtrate is then directed to the outlet, ensuring a clean and efficient filtration process.
This equipment is ideal for achieving clear solutions, consistent product quality, and optimal operational efficiency in critical production processes.
